One week from today, everything changes. That’s when I start the 90-day challenge that will transform how I live, think, and feel.
But why am I doing this? That’s the question that really matters. Without a strong “why,” most people quit when things get tough.
My why is simple: I’m tired of feeling stuck. I’m tired of saying “I’ll start tomorrow” and watching weeks turn into months. I’m tired of knowing I could feel better but not doing anything about it.
This challenge isn’t just about looking better (though that’s a nice bonus). It’s about proving to myself that I can commit to something difficult and see it through. It’s about building discipline that will carry over to every part of my life.
I’ve watched other people make amazing changes in just 90 days. Now about 100 people I know are taking this challenge together, which means built-in accountability and support.
What’s your “why”? If you’re thinking about joining this challenge, take some time to figure out what would drive you through 90 days of consistent effort. The clearer your purpose, the stronger your commitment will be when motivation fades.
Seven days from now, I’ll be starting this journey. My “why” is locked in. Are you ready to find yours?
